Home ownership changes lives.

Home ownership plays a vital role in helping build strong, stable communities. Benefits include

  • Improved physical, mental and financial health for families

  • Less crime and fewer blighted properties

  • Additional taxes that help bolster community resources

We make a difference in our community by partnering with families, volunteers, businesses and community organizations to

  • Build new and renovate existing homes and sell them at cost to low and moderate income families

  • Offer 0% mortgages to qualifying home buyers

  • Repair houses at cost; homeowners pay for the cost of repairs on terms they can afford

We are a group of committed volunteers, working to  promote home ownership for young families in the Tri-lakes region of New York's Adirondack Park.

100% of any donations go to housing in the Tri-lakes region for young families.
